Practical preparation for remote property purchase in hurghada. Organise the documents and questions below before requesting advice on your individual matter.
01 · Define the transaction
Record the unit number, building, floor, area, agreed price, currency and included furniture. Identify whether this is a resale, completed development or off-plan purchase.
02 · Collect the document chain
Ask for ownership and seller-authority documents, the draft contract, payment schedule and any existing powers of attorney. A brochure or agent’s message is not a complete legal file.
03 · Separate legal and technical checks
Arrange a technical inspection where needed. Ask your lawyer which authority or registry checks are included and which records remain unavailable.
04 · Control authority and payments
Agree who can sign, receive documents or pay. Require your express instructions for price changes or settlements. Verify the named recipient against the agreed contract before payment.
05 · Plan completion and registration
List keys, receipts, contracts and handover records to be delivered. Ask separately which registration route is being assessed, what it depends on and what is outside the initial fee.
Documents for the initial review
Passport copy, proposed contract, unit details, seller documents, payment instructions, agent correspondence and any existing power of attorney.
Send a brief description first. We will confirm how to share the necessary documents; do not publish identity papers or case evidence in public comments.
Can every purchase be completed without travel?
